Angus Data Recovery

Data Recovery Angus: For over 16 years now we have been helping our clients to recover data from damaged or otherwise inaccessible storage devices such as hard drives, external hard disk drives, USB storage devices, mass storage devices such as Network Assisted Storage (NAS) and a whole host of RAID and multiple-NODE setups. For more information on how we can help recover your important data quickly and to your budget, call us today on 01224 452094.

The data recovery Angus engineers are well versed in recovering data from a variety of hard drives and other storage devices that have been considered to be no longer accessible. Where other data recovery companies may fail or may not be able to recover data we succeed because of the wealth of experience and bespoke recovery techniques at our disposal.

Every one of our data recovery Angus technicians has a body of experience to fall back on when it comes to recovering data from myriad storage devices. Over the last 16 + years the technology involved in the hard drives, external hard disks and other storage media has changed and our engineers have been dealing with those changes along the way, learning new and innovative ways in which to recover data from devices that others would say wasn’t possible.

This has never been more truer than with the HP (Hewlett Packard) P4000 & P4500 series of StoreVirtual device; a series of nodes that together form what can be referred to as a ‘virtual cluster’ enabling medium to large companies perform lots of data requests per minute and hour whilst keeping up to date copies of said information. Hewlett Packard as a company have announced in years gone by that the potential to recover data from such machines is zero and in fact they are ‘unrecoverable’. This is the level of hard drive recovery we can provide.

Recovering the unrecoverable

As any computer user knows it is easy to give up and say the data is lost and simply replace the hard drive, external disk, USB stick or memory card. But if the information on those media is such that it may affect how your business operates or indeed your ability to finish a degree or other course, then that data has a price attached to it that can be hard to value. Our data recovery Angus engineers have helped many clients over the last 16 years (and indeed during the last 12 months) recover data from devices that they (and others) considered was not possible.

If you are in possession of a hard drive or other storage media that has failed and looks as though it may no longer be operational then contact us today on 01224 452094 and a member of our technical team will talk you through the options available to you. We will provide you with a no hassle, no obligation quote as well as a diagnosis of the problem (there may be an additional charge if the storage media has suffered mechanical damage) and we will explain how we can recover the data as well as how our No Fix No Fee guarantee works. If you are happy with that and wish us to recover your data then we ask that you forward the media to us at our data recovery centre. You can do this using a courier, Royal Mail (best to register it if using this method) or you can deliver it to us in person if you work or live nearby.

With the storage media at our data recovery centre our data recovery Angus technical staff will carry out a series of thorough checks and provide you with a definitive diagnosis as well as an email detailing all of the data that can be recovered. If you are happy for us to continue with the recovery we ask that you make payment to us via credit or debit card or BACS transfer (we may require an additional sum if the volume to be recovered is larger than 30GBs as an external storage device will need to be purchased from our stocks). Once the data is recovered it will be returned to you via next day courier. To find out more about how we can recover your data and the levels of service available (depending on your budget and timescale for recovery) call our engineering team today on 01224 452094. Our lines (as our data recovery centre) are open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
