We do not run a collection service. It reaches us by tracked and insured post, by a courier you arrange yourself, or carried in by hand. Mark the parcel for the attention of Edinburgh Data Recovery and put your name and number inside. From Aberdeen it is 130 miles, about two and a half hours down the A90, or overnight in the post.
Drive still bolted into a machine? Out it comes before the box is packed, because the bare drive is the only part we need. Stripping computers is not on the price list here. Flash soldered onto a logic board, which covers Apple Silicon Macs and a couple of extremely thin laptops, is beyond this lab.
